60 Day Limited Warranty (Lifetime Warranty on Tee)

1. TeeBoxx has been thoroughly tested, inspected and is under warranty against all manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of purchase.   The TeeBoxx ball is under warranty against defect or breakage to the maximum speed that is recommended in this User Manual. Any part which is defective or develops defects under normal use will be replaced or repaired without cost, except for shipping and handling charges to be enclosed when returning your unit or unit parts. 2. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: Return unit or unit parts with proof of purchase from the retailer directly to Play TeeBoxx Inc. If you purchased the unit directly from Play TeeBoxx Inc., your purchase will be on record as a TeeBoxx purchase and should be returned to us following the instructions in this warranty.
3.  This warranty does not cover: (a) Unit has been misused or damaged by accident (b) Damage caused by leaky batteries (if applicable) (c) Unit to which repairs have been made or attempted to be made by others, where changes have been made to the unit, where the unit has not been properly maintained or used in accordance with intended use.
4. Before returning your unit for service, always test with fresh batteries.  The trouble may simply be worn-out batteries which need replacement.  (If applicable)
5. TeeBoxx has a limited lifetime warranty on the tee.
